A Studio can be a lovely fit when you want a home that is straightforward to furnish and look after. Your sleeping and living areas share one room, with a kitchen and an enclosed bathroom.
For a student, that could mean a comfortable place to sleep and a carefully chosen desk for reading. For a professional, it could be a practical Cebu base to return to after work. If you spend much of your day outside, you may prefer fewer rooms to maintain.
